Lukaut

PNG AML/CTF readiness, made practical

Lukaut is Kyudo’s practical AML/CTF readiness pathway for PNG organisations. It starts with a short readiness check, then guides you toward the right level of support before payment or fulfilment. The aim is simple: help your team prepare useful AML/CTF documents, board-ready material, and implementation next steps without pretending that a template alone solves the problem.

Responding to the BPNG/FASU money-lending notice? Lukaut helps PNG money-lending finance companies and other AML/CTF-obligated organisations organise what they already have, identify gaps, and prepare practical next steps. It does not provide legal advice, certification, or a guarantee of compliance.

How Lukaut helps

Readiness check

Start with the right context before you pay. The Lukaut readiness check asks practical questions about your organisation type, FASU status, AML/CTF programme, ML/TF risk assessment, pressure points, and timing. It helps Kyudo understand whether you likely need templates, review, implementation support, or a conversation first.

Starter Kit

For organisations that can self-implement with a practical baseline. The Starter Kit gives your team core AML/CTF templates and a 30/90-day implementation guide. It is best suited to teams that need solid groundwork and have enough internal capability to adapt the material responsibly.

What’s included:

  • AML/CTF programme or policy starter template
  • AML/CTF risk assessment workbook starter
  • CDD/KYC form suite starter
  • Compliance Officer pack
  • Board pack starter
  • FASU registration / update guide
  • 30/90-day implementation guide
  • Plain-English instructions for how to adapt the materials

Ready Pack

For organisations needing a little more help to get started, the Review Pack is for you. The Ready Pack includes the Starter Kit materials, then adds Kyudo’s guided readiness review: we assess your intake context, identify the most important gaps, orient you to the board/compliance pack, and give you a practical 30/60/90-day action path. It is best when core documents are missing, confidence is low, or there is pressure from a board, audit, bank, partner, or regulator.

What’s included:

  • Starter Kit materials
  • Review of readiness intake
  • One guided readiness call, capped at 60-90 minutes
  • Tailored package orientation: what to use first
  • Priority gap/action list
  • 30/60/90-day implementation pathway
  • Board/compliance pack orientation notes

Review Pack

For organisations with existing AML/CTF material that needs confidence before use. The Review Pack focuses on practical gap review of your AML/CTF programme or policy, risk assessment structure, and implementation readiness. Kyudo provides gap notes, prioritised remediation actions, and a recommendation on whether further support is needed.

What’s included:

  • Review of existing AML/CTF programme or policy
  • Review of existing ML/TF risk assessment structure
  • Review of CDD/KYC forms at a practical level
  • Review of board/compliance pack if provided
  • Gap notes: what is missing, weak, unclear, or not implementation-ready
  • Prioritised remediation actions
  • Recommendation on whether you need:
    • Minor internal fixes
    • Starter materials to replace weak documents
    • Ready Pack support
    • Deeper Kyudo consulting support

Getting started

After completing the Readiness Check, choose your preferred pack and proceed through the registration process. Payment comes after the readiness check, not before it. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer to our BSP bank account.  Once we have reviewed your Readiness Check and payment has been made we get to work!

The fine print

Lukaut is practical implementation support, not legal advice, regulatory approval, certification, or a guarantee of compliance outcomes. Your organisation remains responsible for its AML/CTF obligations, decisions, reporting, and implementation. Kyudo helps you build the groundwork and move with better control.
