ABLE is the delivery method Kyudo uses to underpin service delivery in PNG. It keeps consulting work focused on what has to change, what capability must remain with the client, and how ownership transfers before the engagement ends.
The method is deliberately simple: align the capability-transfer intent, build practical tools and routines, learn through real use, and enable the client team to keep moving without us.
How ABLE works in practice
Align
Define the capability-transfer intent from the start: what the client team must be able to own, operate and evidence after Kyudo steps back.
Build
Create practical tools, controls, routines and delivery assets that fit the PNG operating environment and the work people actually have to do.
Learn
Test the work in practice. Coach, adjust and improve with the client team so the method becomes usable, not theoretical.
Enable
Transition ownership deliberately. The goal is not dependency on Kyudo. The goal is a client team with the confidence, evidence and rhythm to keep moving.
